Bushcraft Practice – Bow Drill Kit From Scratch
One challenge yet to be overcome is the “bow drill kit from scratch”. In this case you are allowed one item from your pack but all the others needed to complete a bow drill kit must be collected and used during the same trip. Most people choose the bow string to avoid the need to make cordage in the wilderness. This is good practice and a great reason to get outside for a day hike.
